I'm a researcher at the Visualization and Multimodal Interfaces Group of INESC-ID and Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department of Instituto Superior Técnico, the School of Engineering of the University of Lisboa. My research interests span from Personal Information Management and Information Visualization (especially on how InfoVis can be applied to PIM) to Accessibility and Human-Computer Interaction, in general.

    LIFE is a data recording format that allows users to record their location and activities in a human readable (and machine-processable!) way.
